Reserved rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.

The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the customer/guest has ordered the room/function room and the accommodation provider has confirmed the order. The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obliges the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of the duration of the contract. The contract cannot be terminated unilaterally. Cancellations must be made in writing.

There is no entitlement to the provision of specific rooms or premises; if confirmed rooms/spaces are not available, we can also provide an equivalent replacement in another establishment. In the case of group bookings, the service participant is obliged to provide the hotel with the list of participants up to 4 days before the group's arrival.

In the event of changes to or cancellations of reserved hotel rooms, seminar rooms and/or conference packages, the following shall be charged: a) up to 40 days before arrival - free of charge; b) 39 - 30 days before arrival 30% of the agreed prices; c) 29 - 14 days before arrival 45% of the agreed prices; d) 13 - 0 days before arrival 80% of the agreed prices shall be payable.

If the guest/purchaser is a registered trader, the prices agreed for utilization shall apply in all cases. If the customer is also the guest, the customer shall be liable in the event of non-utilization.

Verbal agreements are not made. Amendments and supplements must be made in writing to be effective. If it becomes apparent after conclusion of the contract that the contract concluded with the customer/organizer threatens to jeopardize the smooth running of the business, the security or the reputation of the hotel, the hotel may terminate the contract without notice.

Our invoices are due without deduction at the latest upon departure. Acceptance of card payments recognized by us (EC, Visa, MasterCard and American Express) is possible. In the case of trade fairs, travel groups or for justified reasons, we are entitled to demand advance payments of at least 80% of the accommodation costs.

If the period between the conclusion of the contract and the distribution of the services exceeds 180 days, the hotel reserves the right to make price changes without prior notice.

The guest is obliged to pay the agreed or customary room rate for the entire duration of the contract. This also applies if the room is not used. If reserved rooms are not used, we will charge 80% of the agreed price, unless we are able to reallocate the reserved rooms. The guest reserves the right to provide evidence of lower or higher damages. Sections 701 - 703 BGB apply to our liability; liability for other reasons is excluded, unless the damage was caused by us intentionally or through gross negligence.

Reserved function rooms are only available to the service recipient at the time agreed in writing. Use of the premises beyond the agreed period requires the prior approval of the Events Department.

    • Electric vehicles can be refueled at our electric charging stations at the hotel. Billing is done via your app or credit card.

      Hotel guests can charge their e-bikes on request at our e-bike charging station.

    • An arrival after 11 pm is possible without any problems. Please contact us before, so that we can provide you with the code for the hotel and room key. The key will be deposited in the check-in terminal in front of the hotel entrance.

    • Our W-Lan is free of charge.
